1. Purpose These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between NYRA SHOP and any person making a purchase through the site.

2. Products The products offered for sale are those described on the site. NYRA SHOP strives to present products as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may exist.

3. Prices Product prices are listed in £ and include / do not include shipping costs. NYRA SHOP reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing that the price displayed at the time of the order will apply.

4. Orders Any order placed on the site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Once the order is confirmed, a confirmation email is sent to the customer.

5. Payment Payment is made via the following methods: credit/debit card. The order is considered confirmed after payment has been validated.

6. Delivery Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Delivery times: [6 to 12 days]. NYRA SHOP cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond its control.

7. Right of Withdrawal The customer has 6 to 12 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange. Products must be returned in their original condition.

8. Returns and Refunds In the event of an approved return, the refund or exchange will be processed within 6 to 12 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer / the seller.

9. Liability NYRA SHOP cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of a purchased product.

10. Personal Data Information collected is necessary for order processing and remains confidential.

11. Disputes In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of: France.
